Fira del Vi i del Formatge (Wine and Cheese fair), Estellencs

The village of Estellencs celebrates the divine union of wine and cheese with tastings and stalls boosting local products.
This gastronomic fair takes place in May. Beginning in 2009, it has become one of Mallorca’s key Spring events. Estellencs is located in a region of the Serra de Tramuntana where the historic Malvasia grape is grown. During the one-day fair, visitors will be able to sample red and white wines made with this local variety. The picturesque town will also show support for its roots with stalls selling local cheeses, fruit, olive oils, jams and artisan goods. A family-friendly atmosphere can be expected thanks to entertainment for the children too, in the form of face-painting, games and workshops.
